Digital means, media, the Internet as effective tools for public education. The 4th Annual Review: in Armenian, Russian, English and Georgian working languages in Armenia and outside Armenia for teachers and learners and for everybody who are interested in public education. You are welcome, without any obstacle or hindrance: a free guesthouse for those coming from the regions of Armenia or abroad, meals and registration with affordability. There are no distinctions while awarding prizes. We are thankful to our partners of DigitecEdu, the Union of Enterprises of Informational Technologies, Microsoft AREY, Ministry of Education and Science, who do their best so that our Georgian partners can also take part in the DigitecEdu, so that it can become an Armenian-Georgian project for the whole year.

But it is first of all the review of the Educomplex. The public school, class, group, learner, teacher, specialist, educational centre every unit is a participant without any exception. Anybody who puts himself out of the review (from January 15 to February 11, 2012 with the final Ghapama eating), consequently puts himself out of the programme “Creator’s School, Educational Order of an Individual, Media Public Education” and out of the Educomplex. Hence is the embracing assortment of the Review work-projects satisfying any preference, willingness or taste of a learner from the age of 2 till …, of a teacher making the first steps in pedagogy and of the most skilled ones. Hence is the dense and spacious list of the Review presentations and undertakings from February 1 -11, so that nobody may be offended or undervalued.
Digitec Edu belongs to each of us not as an abstract idea but as a real participation. This is the peculiarity of the 4th Review. How have you prepared for it? We still have time. Go on: at home or at school, check the digital devices regardless of the fact whether it is for personal or common use. Have them repaired urgently if they are out of order. In this Review Sen Mikaelyan will be responsible for the operation and services of digital means. The Review is a good opportunity to renew your digital means. I promise you a lot of prizes.

We are going to arrange the second stage of the order for purchasing Netbooks and Notebooks on credit by the 1st of March. Those who were late for the first stage, those who have regretted and those who have made up their minds, let them come forward.

The Internet, digital means whether they are at school or at home, form a new educating environment which is both effective and attractive. I promise you that by the 1st of April 2012:

The Internet speed in all the units, classrooms and groups of the Educomplex will be considerably improved. All our educational units will become a cordless Internet environment. We will have one of the most powerful server centers in Armenia. The media library service will evolve every learner and parent. The projector with the Internet connection will be used in all the educational units of the Educomplex beginning with the kindergarten of age group 2. The Educomplex will operate as a whole electronic environment. This Review will show the realistic nature of the projects mentioned above. This Review will show that each project will have been finished by the 1st of April, 2012.

The 50th issue of the electronic journal “Dpir” is the biggest presentation for me. Look, how one “Dpir” was able to make pedagogy more Armenian in media. Due to it we have contemporary pedagogy presented in media. Bravo Susan Markosyan & friends. The 50th jubilee issue of the “Dpir” won’t be closed until each teacher of the Educomplex has presented his or her experience of research work, methodological article, translation or studies of any kind.
The biggest and longed for project for me in this Review is the “Lusastgh”, a new media magazine for teenagers. Due to this project for the readers of the “Lusastgh” the Internet will become an important teacher. Go ahead, Margaret Sargsyan & friends.

Artak Zilfimyan, Misha Avdalyan, Grigor Khachatryan & friends will present the most long-term project: “The Educomplex as a TV Studio”.

The learners’ parents of the Educomplex public schools will be evolved in the review as well. They will fully participate in the projects which will be carried on at home and also in the two presentations which will be organized specially for them.
There won’t be a full Review without surprises, without improvisations …You will be definitely looking forward to them even if I don’t promise. You’ll not be frustrated.
