Due to consistent development and extension of the primary school at our Educomplex: nursery, kindergarten, preschool educational groups and the all-round purposeful application of modern media environment with new technologies and digital tools at our creator’s school, and in the result of sensible generation change, the staff of our Educomplex is continuing to get younger, it isn’t getting older.
In 2011 twelve teachers-mothers with their children’s birth are in the cause and effect relationship with what I mentioned the phenomenon of getting younger. The birth rate won’t decrease in 2012. We are to be happy, we are to create favorable working environment for young mothers and fathers.
A teacher-mother has the right of maternity leave, and many have their three-year maternity leave. Several years ago, before the Internet came to our life, before our “mskh.am”, before the establishment of media environment and media communication, our teacher-mother was isolated for two or three years, she was cut off her social environment and the educational activities. In 2011 we became the by-standers and participants of the non-conductor wall destruction and the breakthrough of the blockade. Bravo! Due to media the joy of every birth was shared by each of us, and each mother-employee presents and tells about her creation which is sacred. Arminae Topchyan’s films about mother-teachers were originated from these mother-teacher stories, and perhaps that’s the reason why they have had a record amount of viewers. Bravo, Arminae! You have made your films with so much care and love that they have the value of a serial. There has been established a communication between the mother-employee and her child-learner from the one hand and the staff of the future educational institution from the other. The learners of the Educomplex beginning from the pre-school groups start congratulating their teacher, nurse on becoming a mother. Look, how sincerely Arpi Sahakyan, a fourth grade pupil, is reacting. A new page has appeared in our website: “Mother’s diary”. It will become a new tab and it is sure to have the most visitors.
The education of any citizen (16-17-18-year-old learners, school leavers are not without gender: they are either women or men) is also necessarily the education of paternity and maternity which may be viewed as transforming the values of family and marriage skills and habits. Let’s state this fact at the stage of working out the new programme, “Creator’s school, an individual’s educational order, media public education” and the syllabuses, standards of teaching, courses and curriculums proceeding from it.
Online education for more than our thirty teachers being on their maternity leave (this will become a standard requirement: they will return and continue working, won’t they? So they can’t interrupt their education ) and we will say to media: “Bravo!”

Being on maternity leave Sargsyan Margaaret fulfilled the orders of Media Olympiad and the electronic magazine “Dpir” when her son was only three months and she gave a good example of creative pedagogical online work. In the result of this the electronic magazine “Lusastgh” was born when her child was only two. Due to media Margaret wasn’t cut off the educational activities.
When Lusine Alexanyan’s naughty daughter Olga was only one month she very effectively began to combine maternity work with managing the learners’ sociological research work and she also coordinates the programme of inclusive education.
Being the employee I am ready to make the mother-teacher’s work leave permanent on her maternity. We ought to offer our teacher a new chance to work according to the new conditions.
I am sure that the barrier between the teachers on maternity leave and the teachers not yet on maternity leave, will be decreased.
