Now Davit has got his own mirror adjusted to his height, next to the water tap of the same height in his own corner in a large balcony, and he can use it by himself whenever he needs it. Grown-ups live in a world with a physical environment created by us or transmitted to us which is only suitable for grown-ups beginning with the staircases, front doors, doors and door handles, beds, chairs and tables, other pieces of furniture, windows, water taps, showers and toilet bowls. We have built all these suited for us, grown-ups. At the same time we mean that we are always beside our children, we have done, are still doing and will do everything for them. Furthermore, like in Yerevan, in all institutions for grown-ups and children a physical world for grown-ups with healthy feet and hands, good eye sight and hearing has been built … Is the aim of this to deprive children of their independence so that they could be unable to do anything without help? What about those with physical disabilities? Is our aim to make them feel extra discomfort without their guardians’ help?

… I have always had my pedagogical creed which is unchangeable: real public education is inclusive.
