I have never been former, neither in the status of the delegate of the Supreme Council, nor as a deputy mayor, neither in the status of the Minister of Education-Deputy Minister of Education, nor… as a prisoner; it’s me, I exist, act as a citizen of the Republic of Armenia which I have declared by my free choice for the sake of legal, social, democratic, sovereign Republic of Armenia and its civil open society… My vote is the free expression of my opinion in any level, no matter what status I am in. Such a constitutional referendum “urgently packed” with two hundred amendments deprives me of the right to express my opinion regardless of the outcome of the voting process. The same happened during the constitutional changes in 2005; and, today be my witness, it was bad, very bad.
